Team
Member Responsibilities
- Team members participate in the decision making and planning for
the group. That includes reviewing financials, determining staffing
needs, and planning self-promotions.
- Each team member has an area of expertise ? typically design,
writing, editing, marketing, or account management. Specific responsibilities
vary according to the job.
- Each team member also has responsibility for managing specific
projects for clients or the team. This means that all team members
need to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team members are also expected to do whatever the team needs...which
can mean everything from handling your own photocopying to helping
a colleague with a project outside your area of expertise. (No
one is too important to do line corrections when we're on deadline!)
